Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, PrefPrint is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
PrefPrint will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos so we can assist you.
